1. Can you contact us by phone?
No. Because we are focused on the cheapest possible prices to wrap professionals, we have no phone or technical support. Please click here to send us an email. We will respond within one hour during business hours M-F 700A-700P CST and within 24 hours on weekends and nights if required.

If you have placed an order before 3:30PM, M-F, holidays excluded, in most cases your order will ship the same day from the closest warehouse and will arrive the next business day, or business day after, via UPS Ground. We also offer additional shipping methods at Checkout. We are in stock 99% of the time, but if for any reason we are out of stock or, cannot ship on time, we will contact you via email within one hour during business hours M-F 8:00A-3:30PM or, we will contact you within 24 hours after business hours. To prevent theft, it is important to track and secure immediately after UPS delivery. In order to maintain the cheapest possible prices, CheetahWrap is not responsible after UPS delivery.
3. Can my order be picked up at a CheetahWrap warehouse?
No. We do not offer pickup service at this time. In order to offer the cheapest possible prices with free shipping, our system is designed for shipping only.
4. Can an order be cancelled or exchanged?
No. Because we are focused on the cheapest possible prices to wrap professionals, we cannot accept cancellations or product exchanges. All sales are final unless warranted issue. CheetahWrap Warranty
We charge sales tax in California, Florida, New York and Oklahoma. If you qualify for tax exemption, first sign up as a customer. After receiving your CheetahWrap.com confirmation email, and, prior to placing an order, email your tax exemption information along with the email address you use to log into CheetahWrap.com to email@example.com. Use this link below to access your state's tax exemption forms.
Please obtain a Florida Issued Sales Tax Exemption Certificate from your nearest office of the Florida Department of Revenue. You must obtain this form from the state.
Please obtain an Oklahoma State Issued Tax Commission Sales Tax Permit from your nearest office of the Oklahoma Department of Revenue. You must obtain this form from the state.
By law we must charge tax unless we officially have your current information on file and verified. It normally takes less than an hour to approve tax exemption provided we have your correct information (during business hours M-F). We will notify you by email when your account is tax exempt. It is your responsibility to make sure that we always have your current authorized tax exemption information. Cheetahwrap does not share information with FELLERS so, FELLERS customers must submit separate tax exemption information to Cheetahwrap.com.
6. Can we sell or ship internationally?
No. We must be paid with a U.S. based credit card with a U.S. address and telephone number. All orders must ship to a U.S. address within one of the 50 states. We do not sell to U.S. territories at this time.
7. What to do if your shipment has not arrived or if there is freight damage?
You can track your shipment from the tracking number(s) we provide on the email sent to you after we have shipped the order. If there is trouble with your shipment please click here to email us your information. To prevent theft, it is important to track and secure immediately after UPS delivery. In order to maintain the cheapest possible prices, CheetahWrap is not responsible after UPS delivery.
8. Billing issue?

Because we are focused on the cheapest possible prices to wrap professionals, we do not accept returns unless we have made a mistake or, if there is a manufacturer warranted issue. All sales are final. Unused material cannot be returned after 30 days from purchase date. We require email photos and/or return of defective materials in order to receive manufacturer credit and improve product performance. 11. Do we offer re-seller programs?
No. Because we are focused on the cheapest possible prices to wrap professionals, we offer no re-seller, agent, or distributor programs, etc. We strictly forbid re-selling CheetahWrap and/or, using our trade name and logo on any advertising, marketing, social media, print, etc. without our express written approval. CheetahWrap is sold direct on this website only.
12. What is the CheetahWrap lifespan and warranty? CheetahWrap warranty.
